Mirissa is one of the best places in the world for whale watching, the most famous largest marine mammal “Blue Whales”. Our whale watching tours start from Mirissa harbor and most of the time whales can be seen in very close to the Mirissa coast. Some days it takes several hours as they swim away for food in deep sea. During our journey to Blue whales we also can see several other whale species, dolphins and other marine life..
WHAT TO EXPECT
Hotel pickup available, Boat departure time is everyday 6.45 am from Mirissa harbour. Hotel pick up 5.00 am – 6.15 am. We notify each guest expected meeting time depending on the location of your Hotel. Tour time around 3 to 5 hours. Please book your seat before the tour date. All our Crews are experienced in finding Whales and have expert knowledge of the ocean and weather conditions and are fully trained in all aspects of marine safety, Our Boat Service Approved with Sri Lanka tourist boad, Sri Lanka wild life department and other authorities.
